Ragi Malt (റാഗി )
How to use -
Add two spoonfuls of powder in a glass of water and boil it until it becomes a bit
thick, Add two ounce coconut milk and some Jaggiri and use it as an alternative for
tea or Coffee. We could drink it with meals also.
Ragi Malt is also very good for preparing dishes like Puttu, Uppumav, Kurukku etc.
Cut carrot and beatroot into small pieces, add to Ragi Malt and make dishes which
would make the good more nutritious.
